Our mission is to make fresh, handmade pasta approachable, memorable, and part of everyday life in the Twin Cities by building a community around thoughtfully crafted food and meals worth gathering for.

Beth's culinary journey began in 2013, assisting cooking classes in Stillwater, Minnesota, where she discovered a passion for bringing people together through food. It was there that she fell in love with Italian cooking and, more specifically, the art of handmade pasta.
Driven to deepen her craft, Beth attended culinary school in Saint Paul before building her career in some of the Twin Cities' most celebrated kitchens, including Spoon and Stable, Bellecour, Heartland Restaurant, and Restaurant Alma. Her experience also took her to New York City, where she served as Executive Sous Chef at Aces Restaurant in Queens, before returning to Minneapolis as Chef de Cuisine at Chloe by Vincent.
Throughout every chapter of her career, pasta remained at the heart of Beth's cooking. Over the years, she has shared that passion by teaching thousands of students how to make fresh pasta from scratch, inspiring home cooks to bring the tradition into their own kitchens.
Today, Beth is bringing that same passion to Twin Cities Pasta Club at Malcolm Yards, where fresh, handmade pasta is no longer reserved for special occasions. Her goal is simple: to create an approachable place where thoughtfully crafted food, genuine hospitality, and a love for Italian cooking come together, making handmade pasta part of everyday life.
